The guest speaker at our April meeting is Jean Siebenaler. Dr. Siebenaler is the Legislative Chair of the Democratic Women’s Club of Florida (DWCF). In that role, she leads the organization’s Legislative Committee. This committee, composed of Legislative Liaisons from DWCF clubs, is the hub of DWCF activity when the Florida legislature is in session. It monitors and lobbies for or against legislation that has a dramatic impact on the lives of the citizens of Florida, and particularly the women of Florida.
Jean is a lifelong Democrat and also an active member of the Santa Rosa County Democratic Executive Committee, the Santa Rosa County DWC, and the Santa Rosa County Democratic Black Caucus. She is retired and lives with her husband and dog on beautiful Blackwater Bay in Milton, FL (near Pensacola).
