Our 3rd annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day march is Monday, January 16, 2023. We meet at 10:00 a.m. by the Riverwalk Park parking at the northeast corner of Dunlawton Ave. and Ridgewood Ave. (3459 S. Ridgewood Ave., Port Orange). Dr. Muriel Fuqua, pastor of Daytona’s Word and Praise Family Church, will deliver opening remarks along with Port Orange mayor Don Burnette. Then we will march across Dunlawton Bridge and back.
All are invited to attend. Those who cannot walk across the bridge are welcome to listen to the speakers. There is plenty of parking at Riverwalk Park.
