Our guest speaker is Troy Shimkus. Mr. Shimkus is on the Deltona City Commission District 2 and is a board member of the Northwest Volusia Democratic Club. He will speak about the Voter Analysis Tool (VAT), a free resource we can use to find voters as we work on canvassing, voter registration, and mailing.
